Cucumbers filled with tuna fish- mayonnaise cream

In the cold fall and winter season we prefer to withdraw into our homes, getting together with friends or throwing parties more frequently. For such occasions, ideas for some quick guest food are always welcome.  This recipe of cucumbers filled with tuna fish salad and sesame seed oil mayonnaise is really delicious and also quick and simple to prepare.

Wash the cucumbers, snip off their ends and cut them into rings of 3 cm in width. Scrape out their inside and then arrange the pieces on a flat plate.

Drip off the tuna canned in plain liquid carefully and then mix it with the prepared mayonnaise and the finely chopped parsley. Fill the cream into the cucumber cups.

Roast the sesame seeds in an empty skillet.

Tip:

Garnish the filled cucumber cups with quartered cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds. 
Do not throw out the scraped inside of the cucumbers – you can use it to make a smoothie.
