In the heat of summer, it is vital that your body receives a continuous replacement of liquid, vitamins and minerals. Raw and cold soups are a good way to ensure this and if your soup is also delicious, it can be an added bonus.
Cut the avocado in half and ladle out its soft flesh.
Wash the cucumber, set a small part of it aside and cut the rest into cubes.
Place the vegetables into a kitchen chopper, together with the water, the oil, the vinegar and the yoghurt; the salt, the pepper, the garlic and the dill. Blend the mix until creamy.
To serve, garnish it with dill and the cucumber rings sliced from the part you have saved.
