Blueberry smoothie with poppy seed oil

Besides being truly delicious, blueberries are a valuable anti-oxidant source. Together with some poppyseed oil and blackcurrant balsamico plus a little poppy seed flour, you can create a superb and healthy smoothie from them.

Wash the fruits and cut up the banana and the zucchini.
